The petition was preferred for compliance of the order dated 08.05.2018 in CWJC No.8103 of 2018 and the concluding part of the said order is as follows:

"The present writ application is also disposed of on similar terms. The respondents have to examine the claim of the petitioner within a maximum period of 60

Patna High Court MJC No.2205 of 2019(3) dt.27-06-2023 2/2 days from the date of receipt /production of a copy of this order and extend the same benefit to this petitioner also."

Md. Nadeem Seraj has brought the attention of this Court to show-cause filed by the opposite party no.3 specifically Annexure-B to show that a reasoned order has been passed on 25.08.2022 by the Vice-chancellor of the Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga.

This Court is convinced that the order of the writ court stands complied.

If the petitioner has any grievance she is well advised to challenge the same in a writ court. No case of contempt is now made out.

Accordingly, MJC No.2205 of 2019 stands disposed of.
