The petitioner has moved before the District Programme Officer, Siwan (respondent no. 5) aggrieved by the selection of the private respondent no. 9 as Aagnwari Sevika in Ward No.6, Gram Panchayat Raj, Nikti Kala, Block-

Patna High Court CWJC No.655 of 2021(6) dt.06-07-2023 2/2 Raghunathpur, Siwan.

The submission is that since the petitioner has availed the remedy under the 2019 guidelines before the District Programme Officer, the District Programme Officer is obliged to consider the petitioner's claim and take it to its legal and logical conclusion, in accordance with law.

The Court has examined the petitioner's application made before the District Programme Officer. Having examined the same, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to supplement the same by any supplementary submission, if considered necessary, along with copy of this order within four weeks.

In the event the same is done, the District Programme Officer (respondent No. 5) would be obliged to consider the petitioner's claim in accordance with law after due notice to the concerned parties, expeditiously and without any undue delay. Application is accordingly disposed of.
