The name of the petitioner 'Aayush Kumar' figures in the record of C.B.S.E. in the Xth standard. There seems to be some omission of the word 'Kumar' in the XIIth standard certificates.

On filing of such an application with supporting material and duly forwarded by the school, the necessary changes will be effected by the C.B.S.E. preferably within a period of eight weeks thereof. Writ is disposed of in terms of the above.
