The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 128C2 of 2021 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Taking into consideration the quantity of liquor which has to be recovered and the petitioner not being found at the site, the court is satisfied that no offence under Section 30(a) is made out, I am inclined to allow the petitioner on bail, in the
