JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-08-2017 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that vide order dated 20.07.2017 substance of accusation has been explained by the court of Magistrate which has been challenged by the petitioner by way of filing I.A.No.1797 of 2017 in the present application.

The original prayer of the petitioners in the present case is for quashing of the order dated 29.01.2014 by which the petitioners have been summoned to face trial for the offences

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28405 of 2014 (3) dt.22-08-2017 2/2 punishable under Sections 313, 314, 323, 324, 429, 437 and 438 of the Bihar Municipal Act and Section 188 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the subsequent developments, which took place during the pendency of the present application, without going into the merits of the application, it is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the afore-stated order dated 20.07.2017 by filing another appropriate application before this Court.
