2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"for initiation of contempt proceeding against the contemnors/opposite parties for their willful disobedience of the order dated 04.07.2018

Patna High Court MJC No.2213 of 2019(4) dt.07-05-2026 2/2 passed in CWJC No. 4203 of 2013."

3. A show cause of the opposite party is on record which shows that the Chief General Manager of the Bihar State Power Transmission Company vide an order dated 08.07.2019 decided to return the amount that was deducted from the petitioner.

4. Granting liberty to the petitioner to agitate the matter, if any grievance still remains, the present contempt petition stands disposed of.
