The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under Sections 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant made allegation that his daughter Chanda Kumari was kidnapped by the petitioner for the purpose of marriage.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim is major and she made her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and the victim herself left her house and solemnized marriage with the petitioner.

It appears that the victim is a minor girl and she made

Having considered the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail in Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 31 of 2012 and the same is rejected. The petitioner, if so advised, may surrender in the court below and make prayer for regular bail. The court below shall consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, without being prejudiced by this order.
