The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioners and one Laxmi Sah dragged the informant from the shop when on the order of petitioner Manoj Yadav and co-accused Laxmi Sah petitioner Guddu Sah assaulted with Gupti on the head and petitioner Manoj Yadav assaulted with hockey stick and thereafter all other assaulted with lathi.

No.2351 of 2015 (03) dt.03-02-2015 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the injury caused by the petitioners is of marginal size simple in nature and there is no accusation of repeating the blow. There is a counter version of the occurrence also in which petitioners' side have also received injuries. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 97 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) DKS/- U T
