31-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in relation to Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No. 88 of 2016 registered under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 2(5) 8/5 (Kha) of Bihar Excise (Mahua Flower) Rules, 2006.

It is alleged that loaded on petitioner's motorcycle was a sack containing 100 kg. of Mahua Flower. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that carrying 100 kg. of Mahua Flower on motorcycle is mere impossible and the date of occurrence is 13.03.2016.
