The petitioner seeks bail in Dumaria P.S. Case No. 11 of 2004, registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 353, 380, 385 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 17 of C.L.A. Act, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 3 / 4 of Explosive Substance Act.

As per the prosecution case, on 20.05.2004, some extremists came to the village and made indiscriminate firing, in which, some persons got injured.

Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and petitioner has been dragged in this case intentionally by the informant. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he is in custody since 12.07.2020.

Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M. Sherghati, District - Gaya in connection with Dumaria P.S. Case No. 11 of 2004.
