In this application, complaint has been made by the petitioners that the order dated 11.10.2012 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 15169 of 2012 has not been complied with, whereby this Court has directed the petitioners to represent their case before the authority and the State shall take a policy decision in accordance with law. 3.

A show cause has been filed by the State, annexing the

Patna High Court MJC No.124 of 2015 dt.06-02-2017 2/2 copy of the policy decision dated 11.08.2015, but not to the satisfaction of the petitioners.

In such view of the matter, there is no need to keep this matter pending. Accordingly, this contempt proceeding is dropped. If the petitioners are aggrieved by the policy decision of the State, it will be open to them to challenge the same in accordance with law.
