2. The present application has been preferred: for modification of order dated 19.12.2025, passed by this Court in Cr.

Misc.No.24364 of 2025 and further modified the condition no.(ii) the petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the Trial Court and failure to do so for two consecutive dates without plausible reason will entail cancellation of his bail bond by the Trial Court itself.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition.
