JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-03-2018 The learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the present writ petition can be disposed of in the light of the order dated 06.10.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No.3370 of 2016, which has been annexed as Annexure-5 to the writ petition. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the parties, I deem it fit and proper to dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to the petitioner to approach the respondent no.5 for payment of the entire retiral dues as also arrears of pay scale etc., in view of the order passed by the Commissioner dated 11.5.2017 in Administrative Case No. 20 of 2009. It is directed that the respondent no.3 shall pay the entire outstanding amount within a period of four weeks from
