1. This application has been filed for direction to the respondents authorities, the respondent no. 2 for register the petitioner's license bearing license No. 414/P.S.+District, Bettiah and District Patna O.D. No. 945/1989 in the N. DAL System.

2. Learned counsel for the State has produced the Letter No. 272 dated 21.11.2023 by which the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.

4. The petitioner has to deposit the requisite amount for further necessary action.

5. Since it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is out of station, the petitioner will approach the authorities with the requisite fees within four weeks and necessary final order shall be passed by the District Magistrate, Banka.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
