2. This application has been filed for restoration of Cr. Misc. No.71741 of 2023, which stood dismissed for default on account of non-compliance of the order dated 05.12.2023 passed by this Court.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons mentioned in this application, explaining omission on the part of the petitioner, Cr. Misc. No.71741 of 2023 is restored to its original file.

4. Accordingly, this restoration application is allowed.

5. On the request of learned counsel for the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55230 of 2024(3) dt.06-12-2024 2/2 four weeks' peremptory time is granted to him to remove the defect (s) as pointed out by the office in Cr. Misc. No.71741 of 2023.
