1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Buniyadganj P.S Case no.134 of 2025 registered under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

3. As per the prosecution case, 15.5 litres of liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from the petitioner's possession. He is in custody since 21.4.2025 and has been falsely implicated because of his antecedent. The petitioner undertakes to cooperate in the investigation/trial.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned A.P.P

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations against the petitioner in the FIR together with the petitioner having remained in custody since 21.4.2025, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Buniyadganj P.S Case no.134 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Excise, Court no.-I, District-Gaya.
