2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 518 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 303(2), 62 of the BNS, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is an employee of the Baba Glass shop and he is alleged to have committed theft of some tap worth Rs. 20,000/-.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case because he has demanded his due salary of four months.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the concerned Court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court below in connection with Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 518 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 / Section 482 of the BNSS. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
