2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 527 of 2021, F.I.R. dated 23.10.2021 for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. According to prosecution case, three miscreants including the petitioner have snatched the informant's chain, purse, mobile phone and other important documents.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in the present case. He further submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and the name of the petitioner has been transpired during investigation on the basis of the confessional statement of the co-accused, namely, Pramod Yadav @ Dablu. 5. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on the basis of material available on record and case diary has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that on the basis of the confessional statement of the coaccused person, looted purse of the informant was recovered and co-accused also categorically stated that the petitioner was also involved in the present crime in question and he has snatched the chain of the informant and apart from that the petitioner carries three criminal antecedents other than the present one.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 527 of 2021 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan.

7. Prayer is refused.
