Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present application filed on behalf of the petitioners for quashing the order dated 20.02.2023 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Patna City, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No. C.A. 1385 of 2022 whereby and whereunder the cognizance has been taken against the petitioners u/s 323, 341, 427 and 34 of the I.P.C and ordered to issue summons against the petitioners.
