JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 8,20 and 22 of the NDPS Act.
From the house of the petitioner half kilogram ganja was recovered.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that recovery is from the joint house when the seizure list witnesses are not independent witnesses.
Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 97 of 2014 pending in the court of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge I, Beghsarai.
