3. The prayer is allowed.

4. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to the petitioner to prefer revision against the orders impugned in the present petition, which, if filed, shall be heard in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the withdrawal of the present petition.

5. Needless to state that if such revision petition is filed, the same shall be disposed off within a reasonable period of time.
