2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 108/2025 dated 12.02.2025 registered for the offence punishable u/s 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 121(1), 74, 109, 324(4), 324(5) and 352 of the B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners and the co-accused persons along with seven unknown miscreants armed with lathi, danda and iron rod are alleged to have caused hindrance in discharge of official duties of the police personnel.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioners are not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioners has sprung up in the confessional statement of the co-accused, Om Prakash @ Chintu Sharma and Chiku Kumar. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. The petitioners have no concern with the alleged offence. The co-accused person has already been granted anticipatory bail by this court vide order dated 02.07.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36134/2025. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court concerned, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 108/2025, subject to conditions as laid down
