The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with SC/ST.R. Bhojpujr at Arrah P.S. Case No. 52 of 2014, registered under Sections 341, 323, 325 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 3(i)(x)(VIII) of SC/ST Act. It is alleged that while informant returned after purchase of parts of water machine, the carrier of bicycle jerked and touched the petitioner no. 2 by which the petitioners assaulted the informant and due to assault the informant received injury on right arm and palm. It is further alleged that petitioners were calling caste name of the informant.

However injury of the informant is not on vital part of the body and no case has been lodged under Section 307 I.P.C. Further, allegation of calling caste name of the informant is general and omnibus.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38575 of 2014 (2) dt.09-04-2015 within a period of four weeks from today in the court below shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Arrah, in connection with SC/ST Bhojpur at Arrah P.S. Case No. 52 of 2014, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of Cr.P.C.
