JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 324 and 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 of the Child Labour Act. It is alleged that the informant's eight years old son was working as domestic help in the house of the informant and when he refused to feed the cow of the petitioner then he was being punished with causing injury with hot iron rod. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the injury has been found to be simple and the informant has subsequently retracted from his initial version. The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of regular bail.
Let the learned court below consider the regular bail of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1239 of 2015 (2) dt.13-01-2015 2/2 the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 188 of 2014 pending in the court of learned CJM, Gopalganj.
Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
