====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-12-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No. 244 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 317(4), 317(5), 338, 336(3), 340(2) and 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. There is recovery of stolen motorcycle from the petitioner who is in custody since 24.12.2024 and claims antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the nature of the allegations and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43591 of 2025(4) dt.10-12-2025 2/2 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Purnea/ concerned Court below in connection with Sarsi P.S. Case No. 244 of 2024.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail, is directed to mark his attendance at Sarsi Police Station every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in the cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.

8. Before accepting the bail bond of the petitioner, the court below shall verify the antecedents of the petitioner. If the petitioner is found to have a clean antecedent, the bail bonds shall be accepted. If the petitioner is found to have any criminal antecedents, the bail bonds shall not be accepted by the court below.
