2. The prayer of the petitioner in the writ petition is that his FIR is not being registered by the Taraiya Police.

3. Learned counsel for the State has submitted that FIR of the petitioner has been registered on 28.04.2025 vide

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1264 of 2024(3) dt.29-04-2025 2/2 Taraiya P.S. Case No. 114 of 2025 and in support of this fact, a copy of the FIR has been produced.

4. In view of the above, this application has now become infructuous and the same is hereby dismissed as having become infructuous.

5. The Taraiya Police is directed to investigate the Taraiya P.S. Case No. 114 of 2025 properly.

6. The copy of the FIR, produced by the learned counsel for the State is taken on record.
