ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 19-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner was allowed Provisional anticipatory bail by the order dated 16.1.2015.

In the nature of dispute between the Parties, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre, but unfortunately, the dispute could not be resolved.

Considering the merits of the case, the Provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by the order dated 16.1.2015 in connection with Complaint Case No. 3429 of 2013, Trial No. 4933 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, is hereby confirmed on the same terms. The amount of Rs.750/- to be paid to the Opposite Party No. 2 as directed earlier by this Court, is increased to
