Considering the fact that the order in question is only an interlocutory order of stay granted by the learned Writ Court and the Writ Court is already seized of the matter and we are informed that the case is running in the list for final hearing, we see no reason to make any indulgence into the matter at this interlocutory stage. We request the learned Writ Court to take up the issue in question, if running in the list, and dispose it off at an earlier date. That apart, we find that the interlocutory application filed by the appellant for modification of the interlocutory order is also pending before the learned Writ Court.

We request the Writ Court to consider the same and

Patna High Court LPA No.1802 of 2017 dt.13-03-2018 3/3 pass an order on the said application for modification, in case final hearing of the matter is not possible.
