Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents.

The limited issue, being raised by the petitioner's counsel, is pendency of his Memorial (Annexure 9) before the Director General of Police. It is submitted that the Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur has forwarded the relevant documents/records required to facilitate consideration of the petitioner's Memorial. However, the same is pending till date.

Patna High Court CWJC No.15186 of 2021(2) dt.05-08-2022 2/2 Since the issue is confined to pendency of the Memorial, this Court would observe that no adjudication is called for and the matter may be disposed of directing the Authority (Respondent No 2) to dispose of the petitioner's Memorial dated 23.01.2021 (Annexure 9) within eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law. Writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
