The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be filing a representation before the respondent no. 2 and the respondent no. 2 may be directed to dispose of the same. In view of the aforesaid, it is directed that in case, the petitioner herein files a representation within one week from today, the same may be disposed of by the respondent no. 2 within a further period of five weeks by a reasoned and speaking order.
