JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-01-2018 The petitioner, by way of the present writ petition, seek the benefit of 2nd financial progression under the M.A.C.P. scheme as also shifting the date of promotion which have been granted to him. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be filing a representation before the respondent no. 2 and the respondent no. 2 may be directed to dispose of the same. In view of the aforesaid, it is directed that in case, the petitioner herein files a representation within one week from today, the same may be disposed of by the respondent no. 2 within a further period of five weeks by a reasoned and speaking order.
