A prayer has been made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he has filed an application before the Land Acquisition Officer, Madhubani bringing to his notice, even after payment of compensation amount of the acquired land, the persons, named in the application, are still occupying the land and enjoying the fruit.

Let the petitioner file a proper representation before the District Magistrate, Madhubani as well as Circle Officer who will examine the matter and take legal steps in accordance with law.

With the aforementioned observation, this petition is disposed of.
