JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-08-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.(a) For a direction upon respondent authority specially the C.O., Bihta, Danapur, Patna to ensure and comply the order dated 27.02.2024 / 29.03.2024 passed in Land Encroachment Case No. 11/2023-24 in its true spirit and further remove the encroachment by removing person responsible for encroachment upon the public land.
(b) Further also direct the C.O.
concerned to act and take all necessary step pursuant to his order dated 27.02.2024 / 29.03.2024, so
Patna High Court CWJC No.11743 of 2024(2) dt.19-08-2024 2/2 that the encroachment upon the public land could be removed and the public land could be easily available for general public for its uninterrupted utilization.
(c) Further direct upon the higher authority to ensure the inaction for complying not the order dated 27.02.2024 / 29.03.2024 even after identifying the person responsible for encroachment upon public land and hold liable for the same."

Considering the nature of relief sought for in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
