NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 08-03-2019 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Gaya Muncipal Corporation, Gaya (hereinafter referred to as 'the Corporation). Petitioner's husband Dinesh Rai retired from service of the Corporation on 31.12.2015 and died on 03.04.2016. It has been submitted that the petitioner being the wife has not received any post retiral benefits of her husband including family pension. He submits that although family pension was given to her for some time but since February, 2018 family pension has also been stopped rendering her helpless and

Considering the nature of claim made by the petitioner, let the petitioner file a detailed representation before the Respondent No.5 The Town Commissioner, Gaya Municipal Corporation which will be disposed of within a period of three months.

Any amount due to the petitioner would be paid within one month thereafter. If certain amounts are inadmissible, the same shall be communicated to the petitioner by a speaking order sent through registered post.

Writ application is disposed of accordingly.
