The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the Appellate Authority, who is sitting tight over the matter. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against the decision of the Arbitrator-cum-Additional Collector, Aurangabad, the petitioner filed appeal before the District Judge, Aurangabad bearing Civil Misc. Application No. 64 of 2018 / 04 of 2018, but the matter is pending till date. Considering the aforesaid, the writ application is disposed of.
