JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 20-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the parties.
A bare perusal of the writ application would show that the case involves a civil dispute with respect to certain piece of land between the parties. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the respondent no.5 is constructing a boundary wall on the piece of land which was purchased by the husband of the petitioner and on which a college affiliated by the Magadh University has come up.
Be that as it may, the nature of controversies raised in the writ application cannot be adjudicated in a criminal writ proceeding.
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.716 of 2018 (5) dt.20-07-2018 This application has no merit. It is accordingly dismissed, but with the liberty to the petitioner to seek her remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. (Rajeev Ranjan Prasad, J) Arvind/- U T
