2. The present application has been filed seeking cancellation of the anticipatory bail granted to Opposite Parties vide order dated 06.05.2026 passed in Complaint Case No. 1065C of 2024 registered under Sections 85, 352, 351(2), 351(3) and 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Sections 3/ 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner is not able to make out a case for cancellation of bail.
4. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.
5. The learned Principal District Judge, Nalanda is
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39211 of 2026(2) dt.14-07-2026 2/2 directed to dispose of the Maintenance Case No. 168M of 2024 within three months from the date of communication of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to all concerned parties. In the event of non-cooperation by any party, the learned Magistrate shall be at liberty to proceed ex parte in accordance with law.
