This writ application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for a direction to the respondent authorities for payment of salary from July, 2015which is not being paid to her in spite of performing her duty as a teacher in Government Primary School in Bela Prakhand under the district of West Champaran.

As such, this writ application is being disposed of with a direction to the District Education Officer, West Champaran, Bettiah to consider the representation filed by the petitioner and pass a speaking and reasoned order within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of order passed by this Court.
