For shifting the road bridge appropriate place as at per the alignment at river front relating to the rural road "BabhandihMahadalit Tola to 3 NH road project" of the Govt. of Bihar which is at present being constructed at a wrong place about 400' far from the river front near the land of the petitioner and there is apprehension of damage to the land of the petitioner due to deviation in the river flow due to unauthorized

For payment of appropriate compensation to the petitioner for the unauthorized cutting of about 1500 tractor trolley soil from the land of the petitioner by the respondent construction firm without any permission and the land property of the petitioner has been damaged which is a fertile agriculture cum commercial land having area 2.22 Acre bearing khata No.

96, Khesra No. 770, Thana No. 611, Village Babhandih, District-Gaya."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondent authorities for redresal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
