Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 506/34 and other allied sections of Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, these petitioners along with other FIR named accused persons assaulted the informant and her family members. It is alleged that petitioner No. 2 assaulted one Panmati Devi by means of bat.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case due to family dispute. It is submitted that petitioner No. 1 was only part of the mob and as such, allegation against

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39531 of 2022(2) dt.23-11-2022 2/2 him is general and omnibus and injury allegedly caused by petitioner No. 2 is simple in nature. Petitioners are lady and have got clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in Ziradei P. S. Case No. 28 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
