The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c), 21(c), 22(c) and 27(A) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

As per prosecution case, total 57.015 litres of illicit foreign liquor and 22 litres of illicit beer were recovered from the house of the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has been made accused in the confessional statement of co-accused Mithlesh Kumar Chandrawanshi. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery. Petitioner bears one

Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the bail of the petitioner and submits that there is huge quantity of recovery from the house of the petitioner. 6.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and huge quantity of recovery from the house of this petitioner, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected.
