Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Daudpur P.S. Case No. 65 of 2019, registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 354, 385, 504, 447 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The accusation is that in the evening of 16.04.2019, Tentu Singh, Bhola Singh and Nanhak Singh, Patidar of the

No.35719 of 2020(2) dt.04-05-2021 2/3 informant, Kanti Devi, having pistol and Katta in their hands came at her door and gave threatening to kill her and her family members and also started to scuffle and locked her in the house. Again on 17.04.2019, Bhuvneshwar Singh, Ajay Singh and Awadhesh Singh (petitioner) came at her door and demanded ransom and also threatened her saying to vacate the house within 24 hours. At that time, they also threatened her to outrage modesty of her daughter-in-law. On 16.04.2019, Tenu Singh, Bhola Singh and Nanhak Singh entered in her house and tore the cloth of her daughter-in-law and snatched her Mangalsutra. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the Patidar of the informant and due to land dispute, petitioner and others have been implicated in the present case with false allegation. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.- XIV, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Daudpur P.S. Case No. 65
