The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 334 of 2014 for offence punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Mr. Hari Kishore Thakur, learned counsel for the petitioner with reference to the FIR, a copy of which is placed at Annexure-1 has submitted that the petitioner happens to be the elder brother-in-law (Bhaisur) of the widow in respect of whom it is alleged by the informant that this petitioner relieved of her ornaments.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking note of nature of allegation, let the petitioner Vilas Ram in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39841 of 2014 (2) dt.13-03-2015 event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 334 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
