07-01-2022 Heard learned counsel for the parties through video conferencing.

The petitioners seeks bail in G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No. 163 of 2021, registered for the offence under Section 25(1-b)a / 26 of the Arms Act.

One country-made pistol and barrel of country-made pistol have been recovered from a bag carried by these petitioners.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. Petitioners are in custody since 06.07.2021. Chargesheet has been submitted.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48255 of 2021(3) dt.07-01-2022 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the bail petition of petitioners is allowed. Let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Siwan in connection with G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No. 163 of 2021.
