JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 28-03-2017 A complaint filed by one Punam Prakash was inquired into by the Bihar School Education Board and after a proper inquiry into the matter, the Matriculation certificate issued to the petitioner has been cancelled. The inquiry and the proceeding initiated by Bihar school Examination Board was challenged by the petitioner in the writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution and the learned Writ Court, after examining the inquiry report and totality of the facts and circumstances, found no case for interference in a proceeding under Article 226 of the constitution.
Patna High Court LPA No.1112 of 2016 dt.28-03-2017 2/2 Having bestowed an anxious consideration, we find that a detailed order has been passed by the learned writ court based on the material available on record and therefore we see no reason to interfere into the matter.
The appeal, accordingly, stands dismissed.
