The petitioner seeks bail in Ballia P.S. Case No. 121 of 2021 corresponding to NDPS Case No. 11 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8, 21, 22 and 25 of the NDPS Act.

As per the prosecution case, 750 bottles of Corex syrup containing 100 ml. each has been recovered from shop of this petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is owner of medical shop and is running shop on valid license bearing BEG 977, 977A issued by the Drug Control Admininstration, Begusarai which is valid from 01.01.2017 to 31.12. 2021.
