The petitioner, who is in custody since 21.03.2020, seeks bail in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 83 of 2020 dated 11.03.2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 414, 399, 402 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act.
One country made pistol and one live cartridge has been recovered from his possession.
The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent. Considering the period of custody and the nature of accusation, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the
