In the present case, the petitioner is making a complaint that the Government of India as well as the State Government jointly has taken a decision to make all the districts as E-districts and on trial basis, at the initial stage, four districts were picked up, after success of E-district project under National eGovernance Plan (NeGP), it has been decided that it should be extended to each district of the State of Bihar, but the complaint has been made that though the decision has been taken , but not

Patna High Court CWJC No.17338 of 2019 dt.26-08-2019 2/2 converted each district as e-District and has also made a complaint that building of e-District Project at Kishanganj has illegally been occupied by the police force.

Let the State Government, in phase wise manner, implement the e-District Project under National e-Governance Plan.

As counsel for the petitioner submits that already the court building has been constructed, but the police force are still in occupation of the building, let the police force be shifted to the proper place.

With this observations and directions, this application stands disposed of.
