The present writ application has been filed for implementation of the order dated 26.4.2017 passed in Public Grievance Case No. 50261012-7101600125/1/A by Respondent No. 3, the Additional Collector, Public Grievance Redressal Officer, East Champaran-cum-1st Appellate Authority under Bihar Public Grievance Redressal Act.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this writ application to take

Patna High Court CWJC No.19123 of 2017(2) dt.11-10-2018 2/2 recourse to second appeal for redressal of grievance.
