2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 386, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code .

3 . As per F.I.R. all the accused persons including the petitioner demanded ransom for unloading the goods from the vehicle and on non-payment of the same, the informant was assaulted by the accused persons including the petitioner.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner transpired during investigation . Petitioner is in no way involved in the alleged occurrence nor he has got any concern with it. Similarly situated co-accused persons namely , Sunil Kumar has

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .

6 Considering the aforesaid facts, materials available on record and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate - I Barh in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 273 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 .
