2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 498A IPC and Section 4 of the D.P. Act registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 752 of 2012.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner, a person of clean antecedents, has been falsely implicated. In any event he offers to deposit an amount of Rs.1,000/- per month regularly for the benefit of OP No. 2.

4. Learned counsel for the complainant appears and has been heard.

5. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioner's

No.37138 of 2014 (2) dt.11-02-2015 arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Subs-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Complaint Case No. 752 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C., with condition that the petitioner will deposit a sum of Rs.1,000/- per month regularly before the learned Court below which shall be available for withdrawal by OP No. 2 and upon failure to deposit any two consecutive instalments, his bail bond shall stand automatically cancelled.
